SUBSTANCE: powder container contains powder used for image formation; it is designed to be attached to an image formation device. The image formation device includes: a supplying nozzle for powder supply; a powder receiving hole, which is provided on the supplying nozzle, and which receives powder from the powder container; a gear of the main part of the device for transmitting drive force to the powder container; and a container receiving section, which is placed around the supplying nozzle, and which receives the powder container. The powder container includes: a hole, which is provided at one end of the powder container in the longitudinal direction; a nozzle receiver, which is placed in the specified hole, and which receives the supplying nozzle; a rotary conveyor, which rotates to supply powder to the powder receiving hole; and a container gear, which is provided near the specified hole, and which drives the container by means of coupling with the gear of the main part of the device. The container gear is placed in such a way that it couples with the gear of the main part of the device in a position closer to the specified hole than the powder receiving hole, in the longitudinal direction. The specified hole must dock with the container receiving section.
