SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Food-forming drum (1) contains plurality of rows (2') of food cavities, each row (2') contains one or more product cavities (2-I-V), moreover, the product cavities are provided in the form of one or several at least partially porous members (78) made of a porous material with interconnecting pores. Food-forming drum (1) contains inner cylinder (75) and at least one porous member (78) and at least one edge (76) between cylinder (75) and the porous member, and wherein rib (76) is connected to the cylinder by means (72a, 74) of form and/or force and/or friction-fit of rib (76) with cylinder (75), which extend the entire length of the drum and create preliminary tension between porous member (78) and means (72a, 74) of form and/or force and/or friction-fit and/or inner cylinder or edge (76).
