SUBSTANCE: drum (1) to form food products, containing multiple rows (8) of porous cavities (2) for product, wherein each row contains one or multiple porous cavities (2) for product. Drum (1) comprises first and second ends and fluid channels in longitudinal direction of drum (1). Each fluid channel connects one row (8) of porous cavities (2) for product. Each channel is made as inner element with ribs (134) extending radially from internal element along whole length of drum. There is one or more inserts arranged between two ribs (134), respectively, where each insert is connected irreversibly with ribs.
EFFECT: invention provides formation of food products.
