FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the radio absorbing element manufacturing method, which can be used during the anechoic chambers and shielded rooms equipping. Method comprises forming the radio-absorbing element outer layer liner placement into the metal mold, polyether with thermally expanded graphite and polyisocyanate with carbon fibre mixtures preparation, the said mixtures mixing to obtain the reaction mixture, filling the mold with the liner with the obtained reaction mixture, next hermetically closing the metal mold, after the time required for the radio absorbing material formation, opening the metal mold, removing the liner with the radio-absorbing material therefrom, and painting the radio-absorbing element surface with paint with ensuring the outer layer dielectric constant value from 1.01 to 1.1 in the working frequencies range.
EFFECT: invention enables the possibility of the radio absorbing element development with improved radio-technical and strength characteristics, with simultaneous increase in manufacturability and preserving the environmental friendliness of its manufacturing.
