FIELD: optoelectronic surveillance system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to security systems for registration and control of personal property in a residential building. Invention provides for continuous recording of video surveillance in real time and control of state of door lock: "open", "closed", and registration of persons opening or closing the door from outside, regardless of exposure period, and also serves for warning of authorized and unauthorized penetration. In the optical-mechanical observation recorder, comprising an optical recording unit, a mechanical fixation unit, a unit for transmitting information to the consumer, optical detection and mechanical fixation units of constant and continuous observation are placed in the door on its outer side and are made according to the invention.
EFFECT: possibility of preventing unauthorized opening of the lock, preventing accidental abandonment of the lock.
