FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of medical bioimplants for tissue replacement and repair in otorhinolaryngology, maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery. Method of manufacturing a bioimplant for plastics of the nasal arch includes obtaining bioimplant using mechanical processing and washing. Obtained bioimplant is frozen at -60 °C and lyophilized, sealed and sterilized by radiation method. Individual stereolithography pattern for the manufacture of bioimplant is obtained in advance, for this purpose, three-dimensional digital images of computed tomography and magnetic resonance tomography of the zone of interest are processed in the STL format, the planned shape of the patient's nose, contour and sizes of the bioimplant are determined. Two parts of an individual stereolithographic template are printed on the 3D printer, so that the convex surface of the first part of the mentioned template repeats the planned shape of the nose and has conical indentations located 0.3 cm apart from each other; and the second part had a through continuous groove for cutting the bioimplant and a concave surface with a cone-shaped spike corresponding to the shape of the convex surface of the first part, which, when combining both parts, correspond to recesses on the convex surface of the first part. Mechanically processed and washed bioimplant is placed on the convex surface of the first part; both parts of the above mentioned pattern are combined. Bioimplant is perforated with spines. Through a through groove of the second part, a bioimplant of a given shape is cut with a cutting tool. Second part of the above mentioned template is removed. Bioimplant is frozen at -60 °C; lyophilized, then removed from the first part.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide personalized bioimplants for rhinoplasty.
