FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For the treatment of chronic recurrent central serous chorioretinopathy, laser irradiation is carried out in a micropulse mode. For this purpose the laser is applied in the selective range of the micropulse mode to the area of pigment epithelium defects, corresponding to the points of infiltration and the zones of diffuse exit of the dye according to fluorescence angiography (FAG). Outside the foveal avascular zone, the exposure is carried out with the parameters: wavelength of the yellow spectrum is 577 nm, micropulse duration 50–100 mcs, duty cycle 0.5–4.7 %, power 0.5–2.0 W, spot diameter 50–150 mcm, number of pulses in a packet 1–20. In the foveal avascular zone – with the parameters: wavelength of the yellow spectrum is 577 nm, the duration of the micropulse is 50–80 mcs, the duty cycle is 0.5–2.5 %, the power is 0.8–2.0 W, the spot diameter is 80–130 mcm, the number of pulses in a packet is 1–10. Laser applications are applied close to each other in the region of the leakage point and at a distance of one diameter of the applicate from each other in the region of the diffuse dye exit zones according to the FAG data.
EFFECT: method provides a selective laser effect on the retinal pigment epithelium, the restoration of defects of the layer of pigment epithelial cells with the subsequent restoration of the external hematoretinal barrier, fit of neuroepithelium, resorption of subretinal fluid, reduction of retinal thickness in the fovea according to OCT, reduction of diffuse infiltration of the dye and fluorescence intensity according to FAG, an increase in autofluorescence, an increase in visual acuity and photosensitivity, as well as the absence of microscopes, areas with reduced photosensitivity, and foci of chorioretinal atrophy in the areas of laser treatment.
