FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: at the first stage, applicates are placed on the patient's retina in the macular edema area using a laser with a wavelength of 577 nm at the following parameters of a subthreshold microimpulse laser exposure: power 100-270 mW, exposure 20 ns, duty cycle 10%, spot diameter 100 mcm, coagulates number 200-800 pieces, and on the next day after laser exposure, the patient is treated with pterygopalatine injections of autoplasma enriched with platelets with a concentration of at least 800×103 kl/ml, at a dose of 3-5 ml in the pterygopalatine fossa area by a course of 3-4 injections with an interval of 72-96 hours.
EFFECT: stability of achieved remission.
