FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for laser treatment in central serous chorioretinopathy with detachment of neuroepithelium in macular area. Filtration point is localized within 250–1,250 mcm from the center of the fovea at fluid filtration points and centers of decompensation of retinal pigment epithelium in zones of the most active liqueur in microimpulse subthreshold mode. Laser radiation wavelength is 0.810 mcm with porosity of 31–47 % and a spot diameter of 125 mcm. Duration of micropulses packet is 200–300 ms, duration of interval between pulses in packet is 1,000 ms. Pulse power is gradually increased in steps of 10 mW from 350 to 1,200 mW, in total 1–4 sessions.
EFFECT: method enables providing closure of filtration points with resorption of subretinal fluid and adjoining detachment of pigment and neuroepithelium, absence of destructive changes in perifocal action layers with restoration of maximally corrected visual acuity at absence of distortions and blindspots.
