SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an adsorbent comprising an alumina support and at least one alkaline cell, its production and use. Adsorbent is intended for adsorption of acidic molecules from hydrocarbon flow containing at least one type of acid molecules. Said adsorbent is obtained by adding an alkaline element, sodium or other, onto an alumina support, sodium content in which, expressed in Na2O equivalent, before introduction of said alkaline element or elements is from 1,500 to 3,500 pts./million from total weight of substrate.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an adsorbent having improved stability in sorption / regeneration cycles.
