Device contains configured to emit the ultraviolet light discharge lamp; surrounding the discharge lamp body, wherein the body side walls are transparent to the ultraviolet light, and at that, the discharge lamp and the body are located in the device so that emitted by the discharge lamp and transmitted through the body ultraviolet light is projected to the outside of device; located under the discharge lamp fan for the air into the body suction; and located above the discharge lamp ozone filter, wherein the ozone filter has a width greater than formed by the body side walls internal cavity width.

EFFECT: increase in the ultraviolet light efficiency.
