SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the grouping of UE and methods that provide a “listen before saying” principle for groups of UE in wireless communications and associated network nodes and UE. Following steps are provided for this: interaction (1601) of user equipment (UE) within the coverage of the network node with the UE group and performing (1613) channel clearness assessment (CCA) of an unlicensed channel for the UE group, wherein the user equipment (UE) interaction within the coverage of the network node with the UE group contains the interaction based on at least one of a set of parameters associated with the UE.

EFFECT: technical result consists in assessing the clearness of the channel (CCA) of an unlicensed channel.
