Method of quantitative determination of dabigatran in human serum includes preparation of calibration and analyzed samples by adding promethazine as an internal standard, precipitation of proteins with methanol, mixing, centrifuging with further selection of the supernatant, diluting it with deionized water, mixing followed by chromatographic separation of the sample components, registration of the signal of the mass spectrometric detector obtained in the monitoring mode of multiple reactions with positive ionization.

EFFECT: method for the quantitative determination of dabigatran in human serum has been proposed.
