METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING BOTTOM LABELS AND WRAPAROUND LABELS INTO AN INJECTION MOULD AND DEVICE, SUITABLE FOR THIS PURPOSE, FOR PRODUCING INJECTION-MOULDED PARTS PROVIDED WITH BOTTOM LABELS AND WRAPAROUND LABELS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B29C45/14 B29C31/04 B29C33/18

Abstract RU 2683085 C2

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of transferring a lower label and a circular label into a die casting mould for making a part provided with said labels and a device for implementing the method having an insert die. Lower label is placed on the end side, and the circular label is located on the side of the insert die. Insert die with two labels is introduced into moulding space of moulding tool. After that, bottom label is laid on bottom, and circular label is on side surface of moulding space of moulding tool for pouring them with polymer material injected into moulding space. Fill punch has central section on end side and peripheral section adjoining radially outside. Central section in axial direction of insert die projects in direction of its free end further than peripheral section, so that the insert die cross-section at least on its end face peripheral section narrows towards its free end. Lower label is applied both to central section, and to peripheral section of end side of the insert die, and a circular label is applied on its lateral side so that the circular label is protruded by the end of the side of the insert die facing the end side in the direction of its free end. Method includes introducing insert die with two labels into moulding space of moulding tool, disconnecting circular label from later side of insert die and superimposed on at least lateral surface of moulding space of moulding tool. Then, the lower label is disconnected from the end side of the insert die and placed on the bottom of the moulding space of the moulding tool. Edge area of lower label is swiveled from peripheral section of end side of insert die to moulding space moulding space of moulding tool, so that it overlaps the edge of the circular label facing it from the inner side, and the insert die is withdrawn from the moulding space of the forming tool.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by a group of inventions is simplification of the process of transferring labels into a mould and shortening the duration of the label filling cycle.
