FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of synthetic rubbers obtained by solution polymerization, in particular, to the regeneration of returnable solvent from the stage of separation of rubbers on the basis of dienes. Method of purification of the return solvent is carried out by treating the solvent with a solution of a neutralizing agent and distillation. Hydrocarbon-soluble morpholine with a dosage of 50 mg/kg is used as a neutralizing agent.
EFFECT: cleaning of returnable solvent from halogen-containing impurities is ensured, maintenance of a neutral slightly alkaline environment in it to eliminate equipment corrosion, increase safety of production of mortar polymers.
