DISPENSER Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B05B11/00

Abstract RU 2683116 C1

FIELD: spray devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispenser (1) for dispensing compounds with a liquid to pasty consistency. Dispenser (1) dispensing compounds with a liquid to pasty consistency comprises dispenser head (2) depressed against spring force and movable in order to dispense compound (M), reservoir (3) and pump chamber (4) having inlet valve (11) and outlet valve (12). Dispensing opening (5) is formed in dispenser head (2). Closure piston is provided for closing or exposing dispensing opening (5), said closure piston being movable in the direction of its longitudinal axis (L), wherein closure piston (6) being assigned to dispensing opening (5), having a distal end and a proximal end and being arranged in compound chamber (9). Connecting section (10) from pump chamber (4) to compound chamber (9) opens into compound chamber (9) between the distal and proximal end of closure piston (6). Connecting section (10) has central axis (A) which in a vertical position specified by the usual use of dispenser (1), runs at a right angle or an acute angle (α) to longitudinal axis (L) of closing piston (6). Outlet valve (12) of pump chamber (4) is rigidly coupled to dispenser head (2). Upon actuation in a first movement section of dispenser head (2), in which an exposing of closure opening (5) already takes place, a movement into the open position takes place. Outlet valve (12) moves into pump chamber (4) without this leading in any way to a significant reduction in size of pump chamber (4). Closure piston (6), at its proximal end, as seen from the distal end beyond opening (35) of connecting section (10), has sealing formation (36) radially projecting with respect to longitudinal axis (L) of closure piston (6), and the closure piston, at its distal end, has closing section (37), retracted and moving into dispensing opening (5). Space (9) for the compound formed between sealing formation (36) and closing section (37), which is also filled with compound (M) after the first actuation of dispenser (1) into which connecting section (10) filled with compound (M) further moves, has in the first section of movement of dispensing head (2) a greater volume increase than this corresponds to the volume of compound (M) simultaneously passing through connecting section (10).

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is providing the ability to switch the dispenser to the ready-to-distribute position without simultaneous compound output, at least without significant compound output, that is ensuring simple initiation of the distribution process.
