SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the polyolefin composition, its preparation and use as the impact strength modifier in the polyolefin blend compositions. Polyolefin composition contains (A) 5–35 wt.% of the propylene based polymer, containing not less than 90 wt.% of propylene units and containing not more than 10 wt.% of soluble in xylene at 25 °C (XS_A) fraction, (B) 25–50 wt.% of ethylene homo-polymer containing 5 wt.% or less of soluble in xylene at 25 °C (XS_B) fraction, in relation to the mass (B), and (C) 30–60 wt.% of ethylene and propylene copolymer, containing from 25 wt.% to 75 wt.% of ethylene units and containing from 55 wt.% to 95 wt.% of soluble in xylene at 25 °C (XS_C) fraction. Composition has not more than 20 wt.% of the fraction obtained by dissolution in o-xylene at 100 °C at the separation second stage by the pre-fractionation method. At that, the blend composition contains the polyolefin and at least 50 wt.% of one or more polyolefins composition.

EFFECT: resulting blend polyolefin composition can be used for the large-sized products injection molding exhibiting the thermal shrinkage low values in combination with improved mechanical properties, such as impact strength and elongation.
