SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the image capturing device capable of the captured image transmitting to the outer side, and in particular, to the information, such as an image or the like, on the captured image overlapping method. Proposed is the image capturing device, which includes a reception unit, which is designed with possibility to receive a request for information indicating the overlapping options, which can be set for the said surveillance camera, wherein each of these overlapping options includes a parameter for the information content overlapping on the captured by the image unit image; and the transmission unit, which is designed with possibility to transmit related to the image overlapping method information of the image capturing device, in case of the information reception request receiving, related to the image capturing device image overlapping method, by means of the receiving unit.
