FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, oncology, research medicine. Essential parameters of the patient's condition are assessed: surgical interventions (x1), presence of chronic ischemic heart disease or cardiosclerosis (x2), presence of varicose veins of lower extremities (x3), presence of cerebrosclerosis (x4), diabetes mellitus (x5), preoperative course of radiation therapy (x6), tumour size (x7), thrombocytes (x8, thousand in mcl), blood fibrinogen (x9, g/l), administration of anticoagulants (x10), age (x11), tumour histological structure (x12), degree of differentiation of tumour cells (x13), molecular type of cancer (x14), neoadjuvant chemotherapy (x15), presence of obesity (x16), presence of hypertensive disease (x17), presence of regional metastases (x18). Further, said parameters are evaluated in accordance with the table contained in the description. That is followed by diagnosing the predicted complication, namely: pyoinflammatory nature (Ppn), lymphocele (Pl), thrombophilia (Pth) and haemorrhage (Ph) according to the claimed formulas. Obtained values of patient diagnostic values are compared with interval values. High risk of the corresponding complication is predicted at 70.0≤Ppn≤90.7, 45.0≤Pl≤63.45, 50.0≤Pth≤89.27, 75.0≤Ph≤78.37, and low risk - at 4.94≤Ppn≤60.0, -14.02≤Pl≤30.0, 4.38≤Pth≤40.0, 4.61≤Ph≤60.0.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy and objectivity of prediction of postoperative complications in a patient suffering surgical treatment of breast cancer by evaluating complex of the most significant parameters.
