FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to predict the risk of developing lymphogenous complications after radical prostatectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy. Risk factors are determined. The p index is calculated according to the above formula. If the p index is less than 0.5, the risk of developing lymphogenous complications is predicted to be low, and if the index is equal to or greater than 0.5, it is predicted to be high.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in accuracy and reliability of predicting possible lymphogenous complications after radical prostatectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy in patients operated on for prostate cancer, an increase in efficiency of surgical treatment, a reduction in complications and hospital stay due to an assessment of the complex of the most significant risk factors.
