SUBSTANCE: research concerns medicine area, particularly, to oncology and (Ieper) of a mammary gland can be used for an estimation of probability of a lymphogenous innidiation of infiltrating ductal cancer. Essence of a way: morphological research of assay of an infiltrative component of mammary gland cancer is performed with definition of percentage of microalveolar structures in relation to other allocated structures of a component. At their content less than 10% low, at their content from 11-50% moderate, and at their content of 51-75% and more - high probability of a lymphogenous innidiation of infiltrating ductal mammary gland cancer is determined.

EFFECT: use of the way gives the chance to estimate probability of lymphogenous innidiation of mammary gland with IDC with conservation of sufficient accuracy and informativeness, at simplicity of execution.
