SUBSTANCE: invention relates generally to rotating components and, more specifically, to a system and method for lubricating rolling bearing elements in the oscillatory motion. System for lubricating a rolling bearing element assembly comprises rolling element assembly (10), configured to enable oscillatory motion of rotating element (15) around axis (22) of a bearing system of rolling element assembly (10). Rolling element assembly (10) contains inner ring (14), outer ring (16), contact surface (50) of inner ring (14) or outer ring (16), plurality of rolling bearing elements (12) located between the inner and outer rings, and bearing separator (18), configured to hold rolling bearing elements (12) so that rolling bearing elements (12) are circumferentially spaced around axis (22) of the bearing system. Spring-loaded unidirectional rotation element (20) is attached to bearing separator (18) and is configured to enable bearing separator (18) to rotate around axis (22) of the bearing system by interacting spring-loaded unidirectional rotation element (20) with the contact surface. Spring-loaded element (20) is arranged to establish interaction with the contact surface when rotating element (15) rotates in first direction (28) around axis (22) of the bearing system. Spring-loaded element (20) is arranged to slide along the contact surface when rotating element (15) rotates in second direction (30) around axis (22) of the bearing system, opposite to first direction (28).

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of lubrication of bearing elements with the possibility of lubrication during the oscillatory motion.
