SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns the method of chromatographic purification of tissue plasminogen activator, where zinc-chelate chromatography is performed on a metal chelate sorbent with a methacrylate matrix, then the affinity chromatography on the Capture Select tPA peptide affinity sorbent and then the tissue plasminogen activator is transferred to the final buffer solution by chromatography on a strong cation-exchange sorbent, with an increase in the content of sodium chloride and arginine in the washing buffer solutions. Invention ensures obtaining recombinant TAP with a low protein content of the producer strain, as well as expanding the arsenal of methods for purifying TAP with the obtaining of a drug suitable for medical use.
