FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automotive industry in production of bodies and doors. Electrode cap is arranged with conical cavity on front tapered part of holder with clearance relative to its end. On the rear part of the holder there is a cap with a longitudinal opening for the coolant, in the cavity of which there is a back end of the tube for the coolant. Front face of the holder is made with inner chamfer and is installed with axial clearance relative to the bottom of the electrode cavity, and the front end of the tube has a shape corresponding to the shape of the above chamfer, is made with transverse grooves and is installed with thrust against the bottom of the electrode cavity. With the front end of the tube there is a bushing installed in the axial cavity of the holder with formation of a side gap and based on its surface by means of side projections. Hollow washer has diameter larger than diameter of cavity of holder and is arranged in axial gap between front end of holder and bottom of electrode on said tube with formation of lateral gap between surfaces of washer and cavity of electrode. Rear end of washer is separated by axial clearance from front face of holder and is connected with front end of sleeve. Cavity of the washer is opened in the bushing cavity, and on the front end face of the washer there is a circular reduction separated from its side surface by peripheral walls with transverse grooves. Coolant supply tube is assembled, its middle part is made of plastic.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectively cooled surface of the cap electrode and high durability thereof.
