Method comprising steps of: obtaining a service stream to be transmitted, determining, from a total number of bandwidth resources of a plurality of physical connections and in accordance with time interval configuration tables, used by the plurality of physical connections, a time slot capacity resource that belongs to the target virtual connection, wherein the time slot configuration table used by each physical connection is used to indicate a virtual connection, to which each time interval throughput resource belongs, obtained by dividing the capacity resource of each physical connection; and transmitting the service stream to the receiving side by using the time interval throughput resource.

EFFECT: technical result consists in higher data transmission rate.
