SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for performing the inner walls of catalytic reactors, in particular the implementation of an external collector of catalytic reactors with radial or radial-axial flow. Reactor includes: a partially open outer case that does not have openings with a diameter equal to its full diameter, and having openings and flanges with a diameter that is significantly smaller than its diameter, a hatch for access to the inside, inlet and outlet openings for input and output of reactants and reaction products, at least one inner wall and a cartridge with a catalyst, containing a catalyst bed and having a bearing outer wall, while the inner wall of the reactor is a single-layer outer collector of the catalyst layer, having a perforation and having a gas permeability, and the catalyst layer is limited to an internal collector and a single-layer external collector. External collector includes several panels mounted inside the housing for its formation and having flexibility and deformability so that they are inserted through the hatch and / or through one of the inlet and outlet openings, and does not have a self-supporting ability, and relies on the carrier wall of the cartridge. Collector panels have dimensions larger than the dimensions of the manhole and holes, and are made with the possibility of entering the reactor in an elastically deformed state and restoring its original non-deformed state after being introduced into the reactor.
EFFECT: invention provides a simplification of the structure of the inner walls of partially open catalytic reactors, a reduction in the number of parts required for the manufacture of these walls, and a reduction in the labor costs associated with the execution of the corresponding welds.
