FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to photopolymerizable compositions for use in technologies for the rapid production of heat-resistant products using laser stereolithography. Photopolymer composition comprising acrylamide components, a photoinitiator – 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)-butanone-1, and poly-m-phenylene isophthalamide as a heat-resistant matrix is described. Proposed composition has sufficient photosensitivity for the manufacture of three-dimensional heat-resistant products of arbitrary shape in a 3D laser stereolithography using cost-effective and small-sized lasers λ = 405 nm with heat resistance of 370–390 °C and tensile strength of 86.8–90.3 MPa.
EFFECT: proposed composition has sufficient photosensitivity for the manufacture of three-dimensional heat-resistant products of arbitrary shape under 3D laser stereolithography using cost-effective and small-sized lasers.
