FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for complex thermal analysis (thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetric analysis) of raw materials for making bricks at high temperatures in atmosphere of natural gas combustion products. Thermal analyzer firing brick samples consists of a muffle furnace with a volume containing at least three full-bricks, multistage heating temperature programmer, the furnace is equipped with gas burners, the natural gas combustion products filling the furnace volume, and additional thermocouple for recording gas phase temperature in furnace volume during brick burning, and is also connected to electric cable of transformer sensor furnace, consumed by current furnace. Furnace with all sensors is installed on spring supports, under the furnace bottom electronic scales are installed, which fix change of weight of furnace with samples during roasting, wherein the readings of the thermocouple, the transformer current sensor and the balance are recorded by a personal computer, processed with a computer program and output as thermograms.

EFFECT: possibility of scaling laboratory regulations into industrial procedure for firing ceramic bricks by performing thermal analysis of full-scale ceramic bricks in atmosphere of natural gas combustion products maximally approximating to factory conditions.
