FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment, and more specifically to hand-held devices generating a gas-aerosol mixture of combustion inhibitors, intended for primary suppression of fires by directed flow of extinguishing mixture. Hand extinguishing aerosol generator contains a functional pyrotechnical charge installed in a tubular body equipped with a corrugated handle, at that from the opposite side of the housing in the outlet central hole there is a nozzle funnel with a cap plug connected by means of a thread with a grater adjoining a heat igniter with sensitivity to mechanical to actions caused by composition initiated by float. Novelty is that grate, adjacent to ignition charge, permanently attached to igniter of composition, pressed into metal shell and installed in fixing diaphragm, with gap between end face of pyrotechnical block of gear and cumulative dimple of retarder, kinematically connected, by means of freely located thread, with cap plug, with tension fixed on free end of nozzle flare, and end surface of diaphragm is waterproofed with metal foil.
EFFECT: proposed technical solution ensured simplicity of compact generator start-up, increased reliability and safety of action for primary suppression of fire centres.
