FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for volumetric fire fighting using a gas-aerosol mixture of inhibitors. Fire extinguishing aerosol generator comprises equipped with heat-resistant lining and igniter of external initiation of a cylindrical housing, accommodating functional charge and metal pipeline for communicating combustion chamber with receiver under cover with outlet holes. Coaxial housing of functional charge is made in form of a pyrotechnic cartridge with axial channel, wherein through heat-insulating shell there is a metal pipe, communicates via retarded-ignition device, located in bulk layer of a fire retardant, bounded by transverse mesh diaphragms with gas-generating charge, located under annular insulating bridge, forming receiver, wherein cover is aligned with additional cooler, made in form of a shell equipped with injection windows.
EFFECT: technical result is higher payload.
