FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production industry and can be used in development of a poorly explored oil field. According to the method, the deposit is drilled with a rare mesh of design wells. In one of them, detailed seismic survey is carried out by vertical seismic profiling - VSP in the direction of high hypsometric marks of the structure in three directions diverging by not more than 60°. Predicted structural plan of the reservoir is specified. Increasing areas of hypsometric elevations by drilling an additional design well in the direction of seismic profiles in the area of high hypsometric marks at distance of 300–400 m from drilled. Proposed structural plan corrected by VSP results and availability of cost-effective oil-saturated thickness is checked. Production well is built and the well and the injection well in the lower parts of the deposit are developed as the producing one in the arch and/or attributed parts of the deposit. For deposit, minimum cost-effective oil-saturated thickness is determined for construction of horizontal wells. Correcting the predicted structural plan by thickness and direction by analyzing the opened oil-saturated thicknesses of the additional design well by checking the VSP readings and the given analysis. When drilling an additional design well, the actual position of the roof marks and the bottom of the exposed oil-filled thickness is determined with accuracy of 0.5–1.5 m, based on the distance from the design well from which the VSP was conducted. Zones with thickness exceeding minimum cost-effective oil-saturated thickness are specified, in which horizontal producers and injection wells are constructed as production and injection wells.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of method due to higher yield of production wells.
