FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of developing a deposit with a collector that is not uniform in area. Method involves drilling the deposit with a grid of wells. Also, the method includes extraction of products through production wells and injection of working agent through injection wells. Method also involves seismic survey. Position of water-oil contact is determined on oil deposit. Non-longitudinal vertical seismic profiling is carried out and low-permeability and high-productive zones of the reservoir with range of 80-120 standard units and 120 standard units and more, respectively, are identified. Oil and water production and water pumping are measured. Distance from closed intervals to water contact in drilled wells is determined. Further, in range of 80-120 standard units, an injection horizontal and/or subhorizontal well is drilled with bottomhole above water-oil contact at distance of 1.5 m. Further, it is equipped and put into operation with cycle of 3 days – injection and 3 days – shutdown, the volume of injection is 1.3 of the volume of produced liquid of neighbouring production wells. Further, in the zone of more than 120 standard units, producing horizontal and/or subhorizontal well is drilled not more than 150-200 m from injection well and not more than 50-70 m from boundary of low-permeable zone of reservoir with bottomhole above water-oil contact at distance of 3 m from bottom of deposit and it is put into operation.

EFFECT: increasing oil production, ensuring the most complete recovery of oil reserves of the deposit, as well as increasing the oil recovery factor.
