FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical engineering, specifically to the means for determining the physiological property of a subject. Device comprises at least two light sources for emitting at least two light beams having different wavelengths into tissue of the subject, a light detector having a two-dimensional detection surface, for detecting light and for generating a two-dimensional image, wherein the two-dimensional detection surface has a two-dimensional layout of detector elements, a controller for separately controlling the intensities of light beams from different light sources in such a way as to prevent overloading the light detector, and a module for determining a physiological property based on the generated two-dimensional image, wherein the module for determining a physiological property is configured for determination thereof by means of a linear combination of detection signals, before linear combination of detection signals, the detection signals are weighted, wherein the detection signals which correspond to the bands of tissue, in which perfusion is higher, receive more weight than detection signals which correspond to the bands of tissue, in which perfusion is lower. Method is carried out through the device. Computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program for implementing the method.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions provides improved determination of a physiological property of a subject.
