Method of transmitting uplink control information comprises steps of: determining, by user terminal UE, that uplink control information comprises channel state information (CSI) and SR request, SR request is used for ascending shared channel resource request from this base station eNB; determining, by terminal UE, a first uplink resource for CSI information; transmitting, by the UE, an SR request using a second uplink resource in the uplink subframe and not transmitting CSI information when the said first uplink resource is a PUCCH channel resource; and/or transmitting, by the UE, CSI information and the SR request using the first uplink resource in the uplink subframe having the first PUCCH channel format.
