SUBSTANCE: described is unit (6) for supplying hot water in a machine for preparing and dispensing beverage, for example, "espresso" coffee, comprising a water storage chamber (14) with inlet (11) for receiving water and outlet (12), and heating channel (9, 13) . Heating channel includes inlet for water intake from outlet (12) of accumulation chamber (14) and outlet (15) for supply of heated water to boiling chamber (16) for beverage preparation. Heating channel comprises a channel limited by heated outer surface (13) and inner core (9). Inner core (9) comprises temperature sensor (8) located in close proximity to outlet (15) for supply of heated water.
EFFECT: disclosed is hot water supply unit for coffee machine "espresso" or similar and corresponding machine.
