FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to additive manufacturing methods. Method for additive manufacturing of article from hardened γ'-phase of superalloy on the basis of Ni, and/or Co, and/or Fe, or their combination includes provision of additively manufactured item and its thermal treatment. Thermal treatment is carried out first by heating the article from room temperature (RT) to temperature T1 at heating rate v1, wherein temperature T1 at 50–100 °C below temperature Ts start of reduction of coefficient of thermal expansion, and article holding during time t1 at T1 to achieve uniform temperature of article. Then, by heating the article at heating rate v2 at least 25 °C/min from T1 to temperature T2 ≥ 850 °C, providing elimination or at least reduction of release γ'-phases.
EFFECT: obtaining articles without cracks compared to considerable cracking of products thermally treated in a traditional way.
