FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an alloy made from cobalt based on additive technology and having a chemical composition containing the following in wt%: 0.08–0.25 C; not more than 0.1 V; 10–30 Cr; not more than 30 Fe and Ni in total amount, where Fe is not more than 5; 5–12 W and/or Mo in total amount; 0.5–2 Ti, Zr, Nb and Ta in total amount; not more than 0.5 Si; not more than 0.5 Mn; 0.003–0.04 N and balance – Co and impurities. Billet contains crystalline grains with average size of 10–100 mcm, in which components of MC-type carbide phase containing Ti, Zr, Nb and/or Ta are segregated in boundary areas of segregation cells, and/or formed as a result of precipitation of grains of MC-type carbide phase are located at average inter-grain distance of 0.15–1.5 mcm. Article made from cobalt-based alloy is a polycrystalline body containing grains with average size of 20–145 mcm. Blank is obtained by layer-by-layer application of powder on substrate by irradiation with laser beam of local sections. Product is obtained by heat treatment of workpiece at 1,100–1,200 °C for 0.5–10 hours to form solid solution.
EFFECT: invention proposes a cobalt-based alloy made from additive technology, an article made from cobalt-based alloy and a method for production thereof.
