FIELD: fiber optic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber-optic equipment, namely to through devices for hermetic input of optical fiber through partition, and can be used for input of optical fiber between areas with different pressure. Fiber-optic tight transition contains a housing which is tightly installed in the through hole of the sealed device. Inner cavity of housing is filled with sealing material with fixed in it optical fibers. Inner surface of the housing is provided with projections with abutting separators with holes for optical fibers. Separators in the body form cavities, at least two of which are filled with a sealing material, and located between them at least one cavity forms an air gap.
EFFECT: technical result, to which achievement the claimed invention is aimed, consists in improvement of transition strength and reliability.
