FIELD: fiber-optic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber-optic technology and namely to devices for a sealed junction of fiber-optic lines through a partition and can be used for moving between areas with different pressure. The present fiber-optic sealed junction consists of a housing that is sealed into the passage opening of the sealed device. The inner surface of the body has protrusions with separators abutting against them with holes for installing the fiber. The inner surface of the body and separators form a cavity filled with sealing material. The size of the inner opening of the housing is chosen based on the possibility of passing through it the required number of optical fibers as part of the cables with installed connectors taking into account the diameters of the outer protective coatings and the dimensions of the connectors. The separators have slots connecting the holes for installing the fibers with their external contours. Overlapping elements are installed on the slots. The sections of external protective coatings of cables located in the cavity are removed with the exception of the areas adjacent to the separators, and limiting elements are installed between the external protective coatings and inner shells in the places of the cuts of the outer protective coatings. The diameters of the holes of the separators are chosen in accordance with the diameters of the outer protective coatings of cables, and fixation elements are used to install separators and overlapping elements in the housing.
EFFECT: reducing the labor intensity of manufacturing by simplifying the design and sealing technology while maintaining strength and reliability in conditions of relatively low shock, vibration, thermal and other influences.
