FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the coating application method and the coating application device capable of the coating film formation from having the uniform thickness coating material, using the simple design, even if the coating object is the special shaped container. Coating application method is intended for the container wall inner surface coating with coating material. Method comprises stages at which moving container and spray gun relative to each other along the spray gun longitudinal direction for the spray gun introduction inside the container. Spray gun has rod and arranged on the rod end spraying nozzle. Then, releasing the coating material from the spray gun onto the container wall inner surface. Changing the relative mutual arrangement between the spray gun and the container in the spray gun longitudinal direction, rotating the entire spray gun around the axis, passing along the spray gun longitudinal direction through the entire spray gun inner part, including rod and spraying nozzle. In addition, changing the entire spray gun rotation speed and/or the rotation angle range, including rod and spraying nozzle, around axis, passing along the spray gun longitudinal direction through the entire spray gun inner part, including rod and spraying nozzle, in accordance with the container shape. Coating application device, intended for the container wall inner surface coating with coating material, comprises the spray gun having the rod and arranged on the rod end spraying nozzle. In addition, device comprises the spray gun the bringing into rotation means for the entire spray gun rotation around axis, passing along the sprayer longitudinal direction through the entire spray gun inner part, including rod and spraying nozzle. Device also contains the movement means, designed for the spray gun movement in the longitudinal direction. Rotation means comprise the rotation control part for the entire spray gun the rotation speed and/or the angle of rotation range changing, including rod and spray nozzle, around the axis passing along the spray gun longitudinal direction through the entire spray gun inner part, including rod and spraying nozzle.

EFFECT: technical result of group of inventions is enabling of the homogeneous thickness film formation from the coating material.
