FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Puncture of the left ventricle wall is performed in the area of its apex by feeding and receiving instruments from the side of the epicardial surface. Feeding and receiving instruments are introduced into the valve area, located behind the prolapse part of the leaflet. Artificial filament is fed by means of the feeding tool into the valve area located behind the prolapse part of the leaflet. Free end of the artificial filament going out the feeding tool is grasped by means of a loop gripping of the receiving tool. With the aid of the receiving tool, the said end of the artificial filament is withdrawn to the epicardial surface of the left ventricle. Ends of the artificial filament are fixed with tension on the epicardial surface of the left ventricle to form a new pair of valve chords holding the prolapse part of the valve leaflet. Method is performed by the receiving tool and feeding tool.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to reduce traumatism and invasiveness of the performed surgical intervention, to shorten the surgery time, to prevent eruption of the implanted valve through the tissue.
