SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. After the preliminary angiographic examination and detection of the "target" vessels blood supplying the tumor, at the first stage of the treatment super-selective intra-arterial chemotherapy is performed, as much as possible saturating the tumor zone with the chemopreparation. In 7 days, the second stage is performed - embolisation of all detected new tumors, achieving total devascularisation of the tumor. Next day, the operation is performed in an amount corresponding to the prevalence of the tumor process.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical results of locally advanced oral cancer and language, patient's quality of life, reduced length of rehabilitation period, extended indications for organ-preserving surgeries.
