FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat proteins based on heat shock protein-70 (HSP70) and their conjugates with radioactive isotopes, and can be used in medicine for treating HSP-dependent disorders or diseases selected from muscular injuries caused by intense physical activity, stroke, hepatic fibrosis, melanoma, as well as to increase performance in intense physical activity. A HSP70-based protein protein consisting of a Fc fragment of human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) cross-linked by a peptide linker with a tobacco mosaic virus protease cleavage site to the N-terminus of human HSP70 is obtained. HSP70-Fc hybrid protein can carry a radioactive isotope label 124I, 125I or 131I.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a prolonged preparation of HSP70 with high ATPase activity.
