FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and provides an isolated NPP1 fusion protein with enzymatic activity of NPP1, containing an NPP1 component and Fc-region of immunoglobulin. NPP1 component comprises a cysteine-rich region and C-end catalytic domain NPP1, and Fc-region is located on C-end relative to NPP1 component. Said NPP1 component has amino acid sequence P99-D925 of SEQ ID NO: 1, and said Fc-region is an Fc-region of IgG1. Invention also relates to a nucleic acid coding such protein, and replication and expression vectors containing nucleic acid.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain efficient protein with NPP1 activity.
