SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, molecular biology and biochemistry. Disclosed is a method for sequencing nucleic acids. Method involves polymerisation-catalysed inclusion of nucleotides in the formed nucleic acid filament relative to the nucleic acid matrix, where the polymerase is attached to a charge sensor which detects nucleotide incorporation events. For unique identification of different nucleotides in matrix nucleic acid one or more types of non-natural nucleotide can be used, each of which provides unique signatures on charge sensor.

EFFECT: invention enables more efficient reading of long fragments of nucleic acids which can be used in various scientific and applied fields.
