SUBSTANCE: invention relates to labeled nucleotide for sequencing of nucleic acids, to a method for sequencing of nucleic acids, using it, and to a kit for sequencing of nucleic acids. The proposed labeled nucleotide contains nucleotide, a binding group attached to a phosphate group of the specified nucleotide, and a redox-active charger label attached to the binding group, wherein the specified redox-active charger label is to be oxidized or reduced by means of a current-conductive channel, when retained near a sensitive zone of the current-conductive channel. At the same time, the binding group contains an alkyl chain containing at least 6 carbon atoms, an amide group, a poly(ethylene glycol) chain containing at least 3 ethylene glycol links, and triazole, and the redox-active charger label is selected from a group consisting of ferrocene, zinc-tetrabenzoporphyrin, cobalt phthalocyanine, tris-(2,2'-bipyrimidine)ruthenium, 4-ferrocenylbenzyl alcohol, 5-(4-hydroxymethylphenyl)-10,15,20-trimesitylporphinate-zinc (II), and redox-active calixarene.
