FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: device for detection of nucleotides is presented, containing a conducting channel and from one to five polymerase molecules attached to the conducting channel. The surface of the conducting channel is modified by a set of surface modifiers. At the same time, the conducting channel contains nano-thread, as well as a set of linkers attaching surface modifiers to a set of complexes of nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid. Each of the mentioned one or more polymerase molecules contains a polyhistidine mark, which is related to one or more complexes of nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid. Methods for detection of nucleotide embedding to a formed nucleotide chain are also proposed.

EFFECT: invention allows for detection of embedding of nucleotide containing a charge mark to formed polynucleotide by means of polymerase.
