FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of detecting conformation-modified polymerase of nucleic acid. Method involves bringing nucleic acid polymerase attached to an electroconductive channel into contact with a nucleic acid array sequence and a mixture of unlabelled modified nucleotides, detecting conformation-modified polymerase of nucleic acid by measuring change in electric signal in an electroconductive channel. Each unlabelled modified nucleotide contains a phosphate residue and a purine or pyrimidine-containing nucleotide base, where at least one of unlabelled modified nucleotides contains substitution for sulfur in its phosphate residue or where at least one of said unlabelled modified nucleotides contains substitution in position 6 of its purine or in position 2 or 6 of its pyrimidine.

EFFECT: invention provides effective and informative DNA sequencing.
