FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of polynucleotide sequencing and a visualization system for implementing said method. Method includes attachment of first and second DNA matrix molecules to first and second attachment elements, respectively, providing a set of nucleotides of chemistry of stochastic photodisplacement, visualizing a series of switching on and off events for the first and second DNA matrix molecules in real time. System comprises a sample container with a plurality of elements for attaching DNA-matrix molecules and a visualiser for visualizing what is happening on the first and second photodisconnect connection elements. Series of switching on and off events for the first and second DNA matrix molecules are stochastic and non-synchronized, and the distance between the first attachment element and the second attachment element is less than the Abbe limit.
EFFECT: invention provides a simultaneous reaction for all molecules within the field of view, as well as visualization of the process in real time.
