FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and includes a method, a system and a machine-readable carrier for determining a glucose level in a patient's physiological fluid. System comprises a glucose sensor included in the device for continuous monitoring of glucose in physiological fluid, and a data processing unit. Measured data representing a continuous signal output by the glucose sensor are received. Calibration data representing the time-dependent signal of the glucose sensor at its zero level are received. Level of glucose in the physiological fluid is determined by processing at least the measured data and calibration data including subtraction of the time-dependent signal at the zero level of glucose from the continuous signal of the glucose sensor. Resultant data showing the glucose level in the physiological fluid are output. Calibration data characterize kinetics of decomposition in physiological fluid, in which level of glucose other than glucose interfering substance, which responds to glucose sensor.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables determining the level of glucose in a physiological fluid by evaluating the kinetics of decomposition in a physiological fluid in which the glucose level other than glucose interfering substance is determined.
